Cardiff is the capital of Wales and a thriving metropolitan city. For those of you looking for part time jobs in Cardiff City Centre it is the perfect location. Offering a multitude of companies of all sorts, during the day and a thriving social scene at night Cardiff really is a hive of activity. Add to that the numerous university facilities; call centre’s and sport’s venues and the opportunity to find a part time job in the centre of Cardiff is there for the taking. At the weekends there is a huge influx of visitors and customers, whether for shopping or attending the Millennium Stadium to watch the national Welsh rugby or football team.
As with many large city centres these days, Cardiff during the day is dominated by a large shopping area. However there is more to Cardiff than just large department stores. They do offer a variety of different opportunities and they are large employers. Now there is a certain ethos and attitude needed to work here, they taught me a lot. Things like how to manage myself and my time. along with enjoying a great bond within my particular team I was in. They are strange places and do involve shift work, so you may end up evening or night jobs in Cardiff, but they can’t be ignored.
